Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including certain bathroom furniture and garden buildings) cannot be returned
  • Electrical appliances must be unopened with seals intact
  • Personalised décor items are final sale
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bath taps, basin taps, or concealed shower valves unless faulty.

Simple Returns Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Newry facility using a trackable service (return shipping at customer’s expense)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection upon receipt

Exchange Procedure

For exchanges of designer bathroom fittings or luxury furniture:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  4. Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
