– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note we cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Our discerning clientele deserves nothing less than perfection.
Simple Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Newry facility (14 Hill St, Newry, GB CH7D 6HU) using a trackable service (return shipping at customer’s expense)
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection upon receipt
Exchange Procedure
For exchanges of our designer bathroom fittings or luxury furniture:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Refund Timeline & Methods
Upon approval of your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, these premium products cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-configured bathroom furniture
- Personalised garden decoration items
- Opened electrical appliances (built-in ovens, cooker hoods)
- Made-to-measure fencing and screening
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bath taps, basin taps, or concealed shower valves unless faulty
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product from our luxury collections:

- Provide photographs of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no additional cost
